Stay on Top of Fleet Maintenance with Fullbay

Scheduled Maintenance Program & Customer Portal

Our scheduled maintenance program is designed to keep your fire and emergency apparatus in top operating condition—without adding unnecessary work for your members. Partnering with Twin Tier Fire and Safety Services removes the guesswork from fleet maintenance and helps your department stay ahead of service needs, compliance requirements, and unexpected repairs.

We utilize Fullbay, one of the industry’s leading heavy-duty vehicle maintenance software platforms, to provide clear, organized, and accessible maintenance reporting and invoicing. Through your dedicated Fullbay Customer Portal, your department can easily monitor service activity and track the complete maintenance history of every piece of apparatus in your fleet.

Your customer portal includes all apparatus assigned to your department, key department contacts, and a convenient Request Service button. You can view quotes, active services, completed services, invoices, and a full payment history—all in one place. The portal is fully customizable, allowing you to add new apparatus, update contact information, and manage access as your department evolves.

Know Exactly Where Your Money Is Going

Full Accountability, Complete Transparency, and Secure Online Payments

We believe complete transparency is essential when it comes to service billing. That’s why our invoices are highly detailed, providing clear insight into every aspect of the work performed and equipment supplied. Chiefs, treasurers, commissioners, and accounting personnel can easily understand exactly what was done and why.

Each invoice clearly outlines:

  • The reported issue or service request
  • A detailed description of all work completed
  • Parts used during the repair or service
  • Labor and parts subtotals for each issue
  • A clear final balance

Invoices are automatically emailed to as many designated recipients as you choose, such as the chief, treasurer, or board members. Within the customer portal, you can also view the complete email history for every invoice, ensuring accountability and proper documentation.

Each invoice email includes a Pay Now button, allowing secure online payment via credit card or ACH. Once payment is completed, the portal records the payment method and date, providing a complete and traceable audit trail. Need an invoice for grant documentation or records review on a weekend or after hours? No problem. Your invoices and payment records are available 24/7, whenever you need them.

Customer Portal

Equipment Purchases, Organized and Easy to Find

Your Fullbay portal is also where all your fire and emergency equipment invoices live, giving your department a single, reliable location for critical purchasing records. Can’t remember when you bought new Snap-Tite hose for the tanker? Not sure how long it’s been since your HEN nozzles or Fol-Da-Tank portable pond were purchased? Wondering when your department switched to MicroBlaze firefighting foam?

The answer is in your portal.

Each product invoice is stored alongside maintenance and repair invoices and includes full payment details for complete accountability. Just like service invoices, equipment invoices are delivered via email with a Pay Now button for secure online payment. This ensures your department’s purchasing history is always accessible, well documented, and easy to retrieve when budgeting, applying for grants, or answering audit questions.

By keeping all maintenance, repair, and equipment purchase records in one place, Fullbay gives your department clear insight into spending and long-term asset management.

Reports, Maintenance Procedures & Test Results

In addition to detailed invoices, Fullbay provides in-depth reporting to support fleet management, compliance, and audits. Your customer portal includes maintenance procedures and pump test results, all attached directly to the corresponding apparatus for easy reference.

Preparing for an ISO audit? All pump test reports are stored in your portal and linked to the correct vehicle. Our pump test reports are two pages long and include comprehensive data ranging from the truck build number to total pump hours. We perform pump testing on apparatus ranging from 500 GPM to over 2,000 GPM, ensuring accurate documentation for all configurations.

Our maintenance programs are thorough and standardized, including:

  • Engine/Chassis Maintenance: A 90-point inspection that includes all DOT inspections and operational requirements
  • Pump Maintenance: A 16-point procedure focused on reliability and performance
  • Aerial Maintenance: Over 100 inspection items tracked to ensure safety and readiness
  • Ambulance Maintenance: Verification of 75 critical components

All maintenance procedures are built directly into the service order, allowing our technicians to document issues, deficiencies, and corrective actions as they are identified. All procedures and pump test results are provided as PDFs with each invoice and are permanently available in your Fullbay customer portal.

With Twin Tier Fire and Safety Services and Fullbay, your department gains confidence, clarity, and complete visibility into fleet maintenance and equipment investments—today and for years to come.
