The Twin Tier Service Advantage

We Come to You, or We Bring You to Us—Free

Flexibility is key to our service model. Many maintenance tasks and repairs can be performed right at your station via our Mobile On-Site Maintenance units, saving your volunteers or staff valuable time.

However, some complex repairs require the specialized tools and controlled environment of our heavy-duty facility. When that’s the case, we remove the logistical burden from your shoulders. We handle the transport of your apparatus to and from our shop—free of charge. You shouldn't have to worry about transport issues when you have a truck out of service. (Vehicles must be operational and capable of being driven to our facility. Towing services are not provided or reimbursed.)

Draft Commander Pump Performance Testing
Specialized Testing & Technology

Pump Performance Testing (Draft Commander)

Regular pump testing is critical to ensure your apparatus delivers the required horsepower and correct gallons per minute (GPM) when it matters most. A fully involved structure fire is not the time to discover that the primer is not working or the relief valve is leaking by.

For our maintenance customers, we offer pump performance testing using our Draft Commander. This self-contained, water-conserving unit allows us to test without wasting thousands of gallons of precious water. Testing can be conducted at your location or at our shop to ensure your fire pump’s performance under real-world conditions.

  • Protection: We stock suction strainers to replace broken ones immediately, ensuring your pump remains protected from rocks and debris.
  • Reporting: Your comprehensive NFPA-compliant pump test results are emailed with the invoice and uploaded to your portal.
  • Training: We also offer pump operations training for members of your department.
